Balanced diet should include green leafy vegetables and fruits as they contain low fat and are rich in natural sugars, vitamins, minerals which are responsible for the proper growth and functioning of our body. Avoid unhealthy food at odd times, most of the people like to have brunch (breakfast and lunch together) which is not good for our health, naturally it will disturb our dinner time and also shifts the time for going to bed. High fat food and alcoholic beverages should be eliminated from your diet list or its usage should be on special occasions only as these are responsible for excessive belly fat storage.
